Kelsey Murray
CEO & OWNER
Kelsey spent almost two decades in retail at one of the most prestigious customer service companies, Nordstrom. She held various high level leadership and merchant roles including but not limited to: Regional Merchandising Manager in Northern California, Personal Stylist and Customer Relationship Director, South Region, General Manager for Nordstrom San Antonio, Tx, General Manager for Nordstrom Coral Gables, Fl. She was most recently the District Manager for several Nordstrom Rack Stores in the Inland Empire, responsible for upward of $100 million dollars and over 1,000 employees. Over her extensive career, Kelsey received many prestigious awards and recognitions. She was selected to travel to Asia with a small group of employees from the company to develop new technology and service initiatives that were later rolled out nationally.
Kelsey is extremely passionate about supporting those who work for her through career development. She is also extremely passionate about customer service. She not only taught, but strategically created many of Nordstrom’s people development training during her time there. She also helped develop and lead several service initiatives nationally.
Kelsey took a pause on her career to raise her three small children, and during that time, she taught for the University of Redlands. She specialized in career development and training and supported the University by creating the outlines and syllabus for many leadership courses across the University.
Now, Kelsey looks forward to supporting your business from the sideline, helping you bring service standards to the highest level possible and help your company develop and execute strong employee growth plans. She is committed to excellence and has incredibly high expectations of herself. Cheyne Murray, the accomplished Information Technology professional with nearly 20 years of experience, is the esteemed owner and founder of Murray Consulting Co. A leading consultancy specializing in instructional design services for Corporations, School Districts, and Universities. With a proven track record of collaborating with key stakeholders, Cheyne and his team have successfully deployed large-scale professional development, online training, developed online content for degree programs, built technology solutions, prioritizing outstanding customer service and relationship building.
In addition to his IT expertise, Cheyne has also distinguished himself as an esteemed educator, teaching courses in the School of Business & Society and School of Education at the University of Redlands. His areas of expertise include information systems, management, behavior management, organizational leadership, and pedagogical strategies, making him a sought-after educator who brings practical experience to the classroom.
Cheyne’s unwavering dedication to his clients is evident in his approach to his work.
